<div style="direction: ltr;font-family: Tahoma;color: #000000;font-size: 10pt;">Hi Jan-Matthijs,
<div><br>
</div>
<div>To clarify: I used an older version of ft_artifact_zvalue because the mouseclicks were not working in the newest version in matlab2013a. Now I switched to matlab2015a where it does work. So when I use the latest version ft_artifact_zvalue and I create
the large jump mentioned last time, I get the following (see images on http://dropcanvas.com/ydy5v): Note that for the first two images <span style="font-size: 13.3333330154419px;">cfg.artfctdef.zvalue.channel is specified as 'MEG', for the third it is 'MRC11'.</span></div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>1. jump_artfct_detection.png: The jump artifact in the first trial is not found. Even when the threshold is adjusted so that initially there is no artifact present at all (which there is in the shown figure).</div>
<div><span style="font-size: 13.3333330154419px;">2. muscle_artfct_detection.png: </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The jump artifact in the first trial is found</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 13.3333330154419px;">3. jump_artfct_detection2.png:</span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> Now the jump artifact is detected</span></div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Hope the problem is more clear now.</div>

</div>
<div>Best,</div>
