<p>I have,</p>
<p>(i) the coordinates of my EEG electrodes in MNI space<br>
</p>
<p>(ii) the y_*.nii and iy_*.nii files (deformation fields from SPM segmentation that is used to transform<br>
</p>
<p> back and forth from subj->MNI.<br>
</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>Does anyone know how to use the deformation fields on the 3D coordinates in MNI space to get the</p>
<p>electrode locations in subject space?</p>
