Karolinska Institutet hosts a superbly equipped MEG lab. The lab, NatMEG, is a national
facility, open for researchers from all across Sweden. The fact that NatMEG is
a national facility is reflected by the wide array of projects currently ongoing/under
initiation at NatMEG, covering areas such as next-generation SQUIDS,
computational modelling, epilepsy work-ups, and cognitive neuroscience in the
areas of memory, language, attention, perception, pain, music, decision making,
emotion, autism, schizophrenia, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease, and more.
The latest equipment installations, entailing microneurography and
next-generation high-Tc SQUIDS, makes NatMEG very uniquely equipped. NatMEG
