If you have access to Matlab Statistics toolbox It has LDA (Fisher classifier) among all standard classifiers.<div><a href="http://www.mathworks.com/products/statistics/examples.html?file=/products/demos/shipping/stats/classdemo.html">http://www.mathworks.com/products/statistics/examples.html?file=/products/demos/shipping/stats/classdemo.html</a></div>
