Dear Qi,<br>Are you using the most current FieldTrip version? That line is 217 in the current version. <div>But cfg.sphereradius should be set a few lines previous to that line, so I'm not sure how it is a non-existent field.</div>
<div>What are the cfg options you use to call ft_sourceinterpolate?</div><div><br></div><div>Best,</div><div>Johanna<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">2012/8/2 qi li <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:lihqih@gmail.com" target="_blank">lihqih@gmail.com</a>></span><br>

Thanks a lot for your answers! You did understand my questions pretty<br>
well. I actually tried to use ft_sourceinterpolate to find the voxel<br>
index without success. The error message is like<br>
<br>
'Reference to non-existent field 'sphereradius'.<br>
<br>
Error in ft_sourceinterpolate (line 203)<br>
interpmat = interp_ungridded(functional.pos,<br>
warp_apply(anatomical.transform, [X(:) Y(:) Z(:)]), ...'<br>
