Hi, I am trying to use ft_sensorrealign to align my Yokogawa data. i am getting this error:<br><br>sens2 = ft_sensorrealign(cfg, sens)<br>using the fiducials instead of the sensor positions<br>Warning: could be Yokogawa system <br>

<br>I have attached variable template and elec. <br><br>Secondly, I presume also that I can only use 3 of the 5 fiducial markers? as line 395 has length(cfg.fiducial)~=3. I don't think this is causing the above issue though. Thanks, Paul<br clear="all">
