By mistake I took the cfg. tapsmofrq to be too small resulting in a single taper. This was fine, but when I run freqanalysis I got an error saying that the warning_once (ft_specest_mtmfft at 89) was not found. Apparently it was there to warn me about using only 1 tapper for smoothing with ‘dssp’.
