[FieldTrip] user's question about ft_freqstatistics

Dear 郭策

If you want to do a cluster-based permutation test on the full sensor array, you need to define the layout of the electrodes for the test to know which electrodes are close to one another for the clustering. This will indeed vary from layout to layout. FieldTrip comes with templates for many standard layouts from different EEG cap manufacturers. If you use your own cap layout (or one not in FieldTrip), you need to create the “neighbours” structure first before you can do the cluster-based test. You can read more on this tutorial: https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/example/neighbours/

Best regards
Mikkel

Emne: [FieldTrip] user's question about ft_freqstatistics
To whom it may concern,

When conducting cluster based permutation of ERP time-frequency data using fielrdtrip function "ft_freqstatistics",
a mat file containing a variable which then contains infomation of positions of electrodes is required.
How could this file (or, this kind of files, based on different EEG caps) accessed online?
Also, how should this file be changed if data of some electrodes are removed (not interpolated)?

Many thanks
