[FieldTrip] how to further divide template atlas

Hi FieldTrip experts,

Is there a way to divide subregions of the existing template atlas (shown
here <https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/template/atlas/#references>)?

I'm trying to conduct multivariate analysis to source-localized MEG data
within small anatomically defined ROIs. The Brainnetome Atlas
<https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/template/atlas/#the-brainnetome-atlas>
provides
fine-grained subregions, but I'd like to further divide the inferior
temporal and fusiform into anterior, middle, and posterior parts based on
MNI-coordinates landmark. Is there a way to do this?
