Hi Rene,

Perhaps.

The books are not yet closed on this one.

One way could be to create time series of source reconstructed data at the parcel level, and compute connectivity from those time series. Alternatively, one could connectivity between all pairs of dipoles in a source model, and ‘parcellate’ the connectivity matrix, based on the atlas.
I would be careful though with a too fine-grained parcellation of cerebellum (in combination with probably not too large #channel EEG), because the spatial resolution in that area of the brain is probably not whopping.

You can have a look at:
https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/tutorial/networkanalysis_eeg/

and
https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/tutorial/networkanalysis_meg/

for inspiration.

Best wishes,
Jan-Mathijs
