Well that seems to be a relatively big if given Rinus' valid
comment that Clean primarily is a research vehicle (not his
exact words).

One could argue that it's up to the open source community to make
it run, including all it's features, well on Unix.

I'd rather say Unix instead of Linux as MacOS X with it's BSD
foundation, and all the other BSD Unices out there are equally
suitable. (I'm not starting a religious war ;-))
