[clean-list] Modal Dialogs and Control Tips...

Dear Cleaners,

And ObjectIO1.2 practitioners, I have observed the following problem
regarding the control tips attached to controls belonging to a MODAL dialog
: the control tips windows are displayed UNDER the dialog window. It is ok,
however, for modeless dialogs.

PS.I am working with the latest distribution of the Clean system and
ObjectIO under WNT4.0 and W2000.
